I was utterly impressed by the exceptional kindness shown towards my elderly parents by the front staff clerk when they requested a room change - it truly made our stay memorable. The efficient heating and air conditioning allowed us to relax in utmost comfort after a day of skiing and exploring the beautiful surroundings.
